Mackenzie Belcastro is a coach, podcaster, and digital marketing specialist who brings a versatile creative background to her work with Pathfinders For Good.
After studying English, art, and media in her undergraduate years, Mackenzie navigated through burnout in the fashion industry to find a more fulfilling path aligned with her values. She built her expertise through years of freelancing in digital marketing and gradually developing her coaching practice, where she discovered her talent for facilitating meaningful conversations. In 2024, Mackenzie fully committed to her coaching business after overcoming initial insecurities about her age and experience.
As a Pathfinders podcast host, she applies her skills in deep listening and genuine curiosity to amplify stories that inspire positive change and connect people with their true purpose.
