Andrea Clough, known as "The Engineer Whisperer," is a leadership coach specializing in transforming talented engineers into impactful leaders through her company Xplor To Xpand.
With over a decade of experience at major technology and aerospace companies, Andrea combines systems thinking with people development to help technical professionals elevate their communication and leadership capabilities. Born in Europe and speaking four languages, she leverages her global perspective and personal journey of overcoming limiting beliefs when coaching engineering leaders across cultures. Andrea holds a Certified Professional Coach credential from Invite Change, is ICF-accredited, and graduated from the University of Washington's Foster School of Business.
As a host for Pathfinders For Good, she amplifies stories of purpose-driven professionals making positive change while fulfilling her mission to help engineers recognize their potential for significant global impact.
